Starting off our Homecare Services in 2011, today we are proud to be one of the leading providers of homecare services in High Wycombe. In less than 10 years we have grown and now provide outstanding care for our clients in their own homes, to their specific needs and requirements. We now also operate a growing Day Opportunities Centre for Adults with Learning and Physical Disabilities and Day Centre Activities for older people. The story of our success is a testimony to the high quality homecare and support services that we provide to each of our clients.
Staff are the heart of any successful business and we truly value the extraordinary work of all of our carers.
At Chilworth Care, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage clients to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to retain independent living arrangements.
We facilitate and support our clients to pursue meaningful and personalised lifestyles.
What Makes us Different?
There are many home care companies out there so we typically get asked, “So, what makes you different?” Personally, I feel this is the most important question you can ask when seeking to partner with a company for home care assistance. Our detailed approach to every unique client situation is our difference. In fact, the reason we feel good when we see our families at the end of the day is because we’ve done everything in our power to take care of yours. We have developed several ways to customise comprehensive care plans to our clients’ needs. Families are always commenting how much they appreciate our thorough introduction to the home care process; we’ll even talk to you about the options that don’t involve us. A lot of companies say they are committed to continual improvements… we really are!
